EmpoweRanch Pathways℠ is a therapeutic, ranch-based vocational program that supports people of all abilities in building job readiness, life skills, and confidence. Participants gain experience through structured tasks such as animal care, garden and grounds projects, basic facility upkeep, and hospitality support, while practicing communication, teamwork, and responsibility in a supportive outdoor environment.
