Description: 

Welcome Home Day is our first community day of the fall season and a chance for volunteers, interns, families, and community members of all ages to come back to the ranch, reconnect, meet the animals, and help us get EmpoweRanch ready for the months ahead.

This is a hands-on community volunteer morning with a variety of age-appropriate projects around the ranch. Activities may include preparing animal and program areas, gardening, organizing supplies, light cleanup, seasonal projects, and other ways to help us get ready for fall programs.
It’s also a great opportunity for new volunteers and interns to meet the EmpoweRanch team, get familiar with the ranch, and experience the welcoming community that makes EmpoweRanch special.
All ages are welcome. Families are encouraged to participate together. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and bring water and sun protection.
No previous ranch or volunteer experience is required. We’ll provide guidance for each project.
