Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 14th, 2026 for 5 weeks (4/14, 4/16, 4/21, 4/23, 4/28, 4/30, 5/5, 5/7, 5/12, 5/14) ending May 14th
TIME: 4:30PM-5:45PM
Who: Youth ages 6-17* (experiences will be tailored to fit ages/skill level)
*5 year olds welcome to register and attend with older sibling
We celebrate neurodiversity! We welcome youth who benefit from additional learning, social, and behavioral support!

What is the EmpoweRanch Homeschool Program all about?
EmpoweRanch Homeschool Program is a hands-on learning experience for homeschool youth that blends ranch life, nature study, horsemanship, and outdoor skills in a meaningful, engaging environment. Designed to support curiosity, confidence, responsibility, and real-world learning, this program gives students the opportunity to grow through active participation, guided exploration, and fun, memorable experiences at the ranch.
This program encourages students to build practical knowledge and life skills through direct interaction with our herd, other animals, the natural world, and one another. Participants strengthen communication, responsibility, observation, teamwork, and confidence while enjoying a unique educational setting that brings learning to life.
Tuesdays focus on horsemanship and ranch learning, including topics such as equine behavior, communication, grooming, safety, handling, care, and respect-based relationship building with our herd.
Thursdays focus on nature-based learning and outdoor skills, with topics such as fire building and safety, geology, native wildlife, desert plant life, adaptation in the Sonoran Desert, and other practical outdoor knowledge that helps youth better understand and appreciate the world around them.
At EmpoweRanch, we value safety, inclusion, responsibility, respect, curiosity, and authentic growth. Sessions are intentionally designed to be hands-on, engaging, and educational, while maintaining a welcoming environment where students can build skills, deepen understanding, and enjoy learning in the outdoors.

EMPOWERANCH SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Limited partial scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis for returning EmpoweRanch kids, military & first responder families, children in foster/adoptive families, and children in zip codes 85040, 85041, 85042, and 85339!
NOTE: PLEASE ONLY APPLY if you are not eligible for another potential source of funding such as ESA or an AFFCF grant.

Tuition & Registration
EmpoweRanch Homeschool Program
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Full 5-Week Session (2 days/week): $495
Includes all Tuesday and Thursday classes in the session
One Day Per Week Option: $275
Choose either Tuesdays or Thursdays for the full session
Drop-In Rate: $60 per class
Available only if space allows
Check and cash payments are welcome but must be received no later than one week prior to the student’s first registered class.

EmpoweRanch is a Direct Pay vendor on ClassWallet! If you need an invoice for ESA/ClassWallet, please email JessiV@EmpoweRanch.org.

If paying by card, please select the registration option you prefer and complete registration through the website.
If paying by check, cash, or ESA/ClassWallet invoice, please email JessiV@EmpoweRanch.org to complete registration.
Youth must be fully independent using the restroom, practicing personal hygiene, and demonstrating the ability and willingness to follow instructions without physical intervention to keep self and others safe. Youth with a recent, repeated history of aggression (physical acts intending or threatening to do harm to property or people) are not ready for our group environment.
Refund Policy: Registration refunds require a 24-hour notice to allow the opportunity for a wait-listed child to attend. No-shows will not be refunded. However, if a kiddo misses their registered day(s), he or she may apply their fee to a future EmpoweRanch service within four weeks of the missed date(s).
Pick-up Policy: Pick-up from EmpoweRanch is expected at the end time with a 15 minute grace period. A $1/min late fee will apply for each minute late after the grace period.
