Who: Designed for kids ages 6-14 (camper experiences will be tailored to fit ages/skill level)
*Children age 5 may attend with an older sibling.

What is EmpoweRanch Day Camp all about?
EmpoweRanch campers will enjoy hands-on growth and enrichment with horses, farm animals, outdoor recreation, games, dance, singing, gardening, arts and crafts, and safe, responsible outdoor skills and ethics. Each day, campers will learn about horsemanship including equine behavior, communication, safety, grooming, horse handling/leading, horse and equipment care, and, of course, at least one morning of HORSEBACK RIDING led by an experienced PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor!
We specialize in fostering personal growth and learning through welcoming, fun, guided interactions with campers and our ranch animals. The fun doesn’t stop there. We’ll paint, create, play, and explore while learning about the wonderful natural world around us and how we can be safe, responsible, and have FUN in the great outdoors!
We value safety, inclusion, responsibility, respect, compassion, horsemanship, sportsmanship, & FUN with a strengths-based approach to build confidence, competence, & character. Camps are intentionally kept small to ensure every camper is seen, heard, and supported for the best experience possible!

NOTE: CAMPERS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST TWO DAYS TO RIDE.
To provide the best camp experience possible, we now only offer full camp options (no individual days). We’ve found that the quality of the campers’ experiences and outcomes is far greater when we can maintain a consistent camper group throughout the week.
Check and cash payments are welcome but must be received by us no less than one week prior to your child’s first registered day of camp.

NOTE: Day campers must attend at least two days of day camp to be eligible to ride. This is to ensure that everyone has a safe and rewarding experience with our horses. Our day camps include one horseback ride during the week in addition to all of our other fun outdoor camp activities.
Campers must be fully independent using the restroom, practicing personal hygiene, and demonstrating the ability and willingness to follow instructions without physical intervention to keep self and others safe. Children with a recent, repeated history of aggression (physical acts intending or threatening to do harm to property or people) are not ready for our day camp group environment.
Refund Policy: Registration refunds require a 24-hour notice to allow the opportunity for a wait-listed child to attend. No-shows will not be refunded. However, if a camper misses their registered camp day(s), he or she may apply their fee to a future EmpoweRanch service within four weeks of the missed date(s).
Pick-up Policy: Pick-up from EmpoweRanch is 12:30pm with a 15 minute grace period (or 2:00pm for extended camp time). A $1/min late fee will apply for each minute late after 12:45pm (or 2:15pm for extended camp time).
